Translation Quality Control Procedures
Comprehensive quality control procedures are integral to all of our projects. We have multiple review points to ensure high quality and strict quality control guidelines that we follow. The project manager is the person responsible for ensuring that everyone is compliant with the procedures in place. Sometimes organisations also have quality control procedures that external providers need to adhere to.

Independent Quality Reviews
If you have concerns that your organisation’s existing translations are not adequate for your community or do not meet minimum quality standards, we can help.
We can provide an independent review of your translations.
- • We will engage the most suitable, experienced and NAATI certified translators to complete the checking. • We will have a dedicated project manager to ensure that all the team members follow the quality control procedures. • We will analyse the consistency and general accuracy of the translations within documents and across all the languages available. • We will do a cultural and plain language check to ensure that the translations are respectful and accessible to the community.
Independent Checking
Four eyes see more than two. We recommend adding independent checking to almost any translation project. There are different types of checking that we can do, depending on the nature of your project. Community checking is the most common type of checking when producing content for CALD communities.
