Delivery

All orders will be delivered electronically in PDF and will include a NAATI certification and digital stamp. We may contact you to modify the price of your order and a refund will be offered if you choose not to proceed with the updated price.

Turnaround time

Turnaround times are an estimate only and our team will contact you with the exact delivery timeframe upon receiving your order.

Confidentiality

We will keep all the information and files of this order in a confidential manner.

Cancellations

Urgent translations (same-day and next-day delivery) cannot be cancelled.

For 2-business days delivery, we reserve the right to charge for all the work already completed at the time of the cancellation.

Driver's licences

Our translations are not accepted for the purpose of transferring an overseas driver's licence through Transport for NSW.

Handwritten or non-Latin alphabet documents

If the original document you would like translated is in a non-Latin alphabet (for example, Arabic, Chinese or Korean), or it is handwritten, you will need to provide the English spelling of every name that appears on the original document. Failure to do so, may result on spelling discrepancies in the translation.

By placing an order, you are accepting the quote, the delivery method, estimated turnaround times and other conditions mentioned above.
