NAATI-certified translations do not have an expiry date, so your divorce certificate translation won’t expire.

NAATI translators certify the accuracy of a translation. But they cannot issue certified copies of an original document. You can get copies of your original document certified at any police station in Australia. There is also a list of professionals who can certify copies.

You’ll need to work with a divorce certificate translation service such as ours, who can provide NAATI certified translations as Australian government authorities will only accept NAATI translations.

You will only get an electronic copy of your divorce certificate translation, unless you specifically request a hard copy. Hard copies are issued free of charge and posted by Standard Post to an Australian address. But you do need to tell us. Otherwise you’ll only get the electronic copy.

We charge $66 for a divorce certificate translation. This includes electronic delivery of the translated document within 2 business days. If you need the translation urgently, we offer expedited services for an additional fee.

It’s not recommended to translate the divorce certificate yourself, especially for official purposes. Government departments and legal authorities require translations to be done by NAATI-certified translators to ensure they are accurate and official. 2. The translated document should match the original document’s layout as closely as possible, including headings, sections, and any official seals or stamps.
3. All text must be accurately translated, with no omissions or changes to the original meaning.
4. If needed, we can provide an affidavit where the translator attests to the accuracy and completeness of the translation before a Justice of the Peace.
