Thank you for placing an order with Sylaba Translations. You will receive the translations by email within the requested turnaround time. If you requested hard copies, those will be posted after you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the electronic copies.

For orders placed after hours, during weekends or on public holidays

Please note that our offices are only staffed between 9am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. We follow the Victorian calendar of Public Holidays. Our turnaround times are only guaranteed during business hours.

If you place an order between 6pm on Friday and 6pm on Monday, standard 2-day delivery would be on Wednesday. Contact us if you need the translations slightly earlier than the turnaround that you requested. We will do our best to help.
