1. The prices stated in the quote we emailed you are based on the documents and project brief received when requesting the quote. Changes to the project brief may affect this quote.

2. By processing the payment, you are accepting the quote, the form of delivery and turnaround times.

3. Payment is required within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice/quote.

4. Sylaba Translations will keep all the information and files of this order in a confidential manner.

Cancellations

5. Translation orders: Sylaba Translations reserves the right to charge for all the work already completed at the time of the cancellation.

6. On-site interpreting bookings: Full refund for bookings cancelled up to 1 week before the appointment. 50% refund if the cancellation is received up to 48 hours before the appointment. No refund if the cancellation is received within 48 hours.
